OUR CREATIVE VINYASA FLOWS WILL WORK UP A SWEAT. ALL PRACTICES WILL BEGIN WITH GROUNDING & OM, MOVE THROUGH AN ALIGNMENT-SAFE WARM UP, THEN BEGIN TO BUILD HEAT IN THE BODY WITH SUN SALUTATIONS. OUR TEACHERS WILL ALL LEAD STANDING POSTURES WITH OPTIONS FOR ARM BALANCES & INVERSIONS BEFORE COOLING DOWN THE BODY & REOPENING THE MIND & HEART WITH REST & MEDITATION.
EACH TEACHER HAS A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT STYLE, SO WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY THEM ALL!
WHILE OUR PRACTICE IS FOR EVERY LEVEL, A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOGA TERMINOLOGY & AN OPEN, LEARNING MIND are RECOMMENDED FOR PRACTICE.
